This contemporary neo-classical villa of 650m², poised elegantly on the water’s edge in Cap Ferrat, has been under our exclusive design direction since 2018. Entrusted with full responsibility for the complete redesign of the interior, exterior, and gardens, we have executed the transformation in thoughtful, gradual phases to ensure seamless integration and enduring refinement.

Our guiding principle was to harmonize the architecture with its breathtaking coastal setting, bringing the outside in without competing with the unparalleled views and natural beauty of the location. Natural elements are woven throughout: the invigorating sea air flows freely through open layouts, while a lush tropical courtyard serves as the heart of the home, immersing residents in verdant serenity and blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.

Subtle yet evocative details celebrate nature’s forms—chrome handles shaped as delicate branches and leaves, organic textures in materials, and a palette inspired by the surrounding sea and foliage—creating a serene, timeless sanctuary that feels both luxurious and intrinsically connected to its environment.
