Nestled within the pristine Vendicari Nature Reserve, mere minutes from the beach by foot, this villa embodies a refined contemporary Mediterranean style, achieved through a complete interior renovation that respected stringent planning regulations—no alterations to the property’s footprint or the placement of existing doors and windows were permitted.

Our transformation focused on natural, authentic materials: a full overhaul of wiring, plumbing, and flooring, with the majority of stone sourced directly from Sicily. Highly skilled local craftsmen handcrafted bespoke elements, including the kitchen and all cabinetry, while walls, ceilings, and bathrooms received a resilient clay coating, delivering a seamless yet distinctly artisanal finish that evokes timeless warmth and texture.

Entrusted with the surrounding landscaping, we introduced two tonnes of natural stone to sculpt new levels and define inviting zones, harmoniously planted with a thoughtful selection of drought-tolerant, aromatic, and tropical species—creating an outdoor extension that seamlessly blends with the villa’s serene, nature-embraced interior.
